Pros
Great people and a lot of training in Manchester, you have a lot of spare time at the beginning. Lots of internal promotions and we do what we what with our own diaries. Micromanagement with some managers is far too much. It’s a tough year for Hilti
Cons
Internally it’s a mess, we’re all looking for new jobs. No ones making target.
