Most colleagues and peers were great people, who try their hardest to uphold the Hilti culture
Cons
Higher management may seem like they care about you - but it definitely isn't the case behind the scenes. Personal, sensitive and UNTRUE information was spread incredibly publicly to random colleagues/peers, for no reason other than to gossip. There's also been an increase in hiring of managers who are rude and uphold awful values. Career-wise, if you're not aiming for a management role, you're basically deemed useless.
