Pros
Supposed to work 9-5 for 5 days but it is completely free working hours (But you must present a goal by the end of the month or you are kicked out) Fantastic employees (call center, sales supervisor) Great enviroment Car, mobile phone, health insurance, not working in most Greek public holidays!!
Cons
CEO cares only about himself and his pocket Not human centered (you get kicked out after a couple of months if you do not sell) Minimal career promotions
