      Working at Hilti feels like being part of a Community instead of just a company. Cultural fit is so relevant in order to have a positive experience.

      Cons

      Hilti constantly launches new projects, initiatives, products, events with no proper order/logic/ storytelling. It is a messy way of working most of the time.
