Pros
1 - Management is supportive and respect employees voice, opinion. 2 - Good Pay, Medical Policy, Sometimes workshop in Switzerland Headquarter 3 - No politics / no micro management 4 - No differentiation between contractor/permanent employees in term of working hours, and management support 5 - Latest technologies including cloud/containerisation 6 - Job stability
Cons
1 - sometimes due to project pressure "Work Life Balance" gets a bit challenging but that's occasional and feedback is collected about this monthly. 2 - Due new entity currently HTSI doesn't have any tax saving scheme in it's compensation apart from House Rent and PF. 3 - Nothing else in my views.
