Pros
Great people development and company culture oriented to the accomplishment of the individual development targets. Also a big effort by the company to create a network for interns, to make them know each other. Big encouragement also to take part to different activities for interns.

As an intern, sometimes I feel a gap between what I could give to the company and the real possibilities offered to express my abilities
