Pros
Really nice people and culture. Excellent products that you can be proud to work with. The organisation is very good at sales, but still pretty old school in many ways.
Cons
Not always challenging enough tasks and pretty repetitive work. Much is dictated from the hub in Manchester so little room ro be creative.
