Cons
Being a european company, majority of the headquarter teams are unable to appreciate the diversity and management of business outside of their country. Often there is a promise of development but finally the management of certain functions is very autocratic in nature which means you could easier be put aside arbitrarily. Decision-making on higher levels takes far too long in any topic and requires an avalanche of calls, powerpoints, meetings and discussions.
