If you like fast paced environments, then this will suite you perfect as jobs are always coming in whether they are big and small. A little bit of potential to move up in the company depending upon your work ethic and how much you cozy up to management and show you would like to move elsewhere.

Management seems to think of new ideas to reinvigorate the company while also not communicating what those changes are. They give their own opinions on your expertise about what they want. If you don't oblige to their demands, even when it isn't possible or the smart way to go, you will just be in the dog house for not being a yes man. Yes men is the key to moving up.
