Overall pretty good but could really use improvement - Lead Toddler Teacher Hilltop Child Development Center Employee Review

Great work community, great support for children with needs, lots of mentor-mentee relationships, and knowledgeable people to get advice from. They also provide support to teachers during hard times. They do administration trainings too for those that would like to be trained in admin, and are very supportive in professional development.

More trainings like the small group reflections would be great to take that time to get advice from others as well as focus on the positives.
