Good team of coworkers, ability to quickly get supervised hours, challenging but fun working with at-risk young populations
Cons
Stressful environment. I witnessed some issues with management not taking accountability for mistakes with cases and pinning the issues on supervisees. Supervision could be disorganized. Pay is low but reasonable/average for non-profit work. Potential for on-call crisis work
