Overpriced and underpaid - Resident Assistant Hillside Terrace Employee Review

I worked there for 10+ years. Not only did it feel like home but everyone was more like family and not just co-workers and managers!!!

I really enjoyed my employment with Hillside Terrace...No CONS!

The community of people who live at Hillside

The management team/owners are catty. In the beginning, they say you'll have a set work schedule, however, they are chronically understaffed and constantly pressure their employees to pick up shifts and work extra. They also actively committed wage theft during my time there. As an hourly worker, you should be paid for the time you're clocked in, however, they automatically clock you out when your shift is scheduled to end, despite regularly requiring their employees to come in 10 minutes early and stay late.
