      Pros

      Flexible hours. Vacation time and PTO.

      Cons

      Gossip. Favoritism. Many employees have worked there for many years and treat new people as "outsiders" with contempt and disdain. The pay is atrocious. Unliveable wages. No opportunity for promotion. They justify their lack of hourly pay with bonuses that are only 7% of your pay for that quarter. So the less you make the less your bonuses are.

      Pros

      Hills, takes pride in their products and work very hard to maintain and train when necessary their employees on everything from Safety and CPR to any tasks that relate to the jobs they currently working on or developing. What they do not make up in hourly wages is made up through various types of bonuses, they also have very good medical plans for different types of family situations.

      Cons

      The biggest challenge when working for Hills is the flip flopping of hours, and some of the partnered employees.
