Hospital is run by idiots and staff runs out anyone that dosen't fit in with their clique. I have observed them blatantly violate discrimination laws on several protected classes. They make up reasons to fire people and do not care about their employees. Either you fit in their club or they kick you out. Unless your from the area your likely to get kicked out.
