Pros
PTO is vey generous (until they probably get rid of it to align with other West-Ward sites), some of the people are fantastic (but they are leaving in droves), benefits are good.
Cons
Where do I start? People are promoted who have no business being promoted, management is terrible and has no clue what goes on in the lab, employees are overworked and underpaid, you can’t the resources you need to do your job effectively, and people are there one day and laid-off the next with no explanation. I have never worked for a company so determined to run itself into the ground. Seriously, unless you are desperate, DO NOT work here!
