      Pros

      Lots of PTO, potential for decent bonus if numbers are met.

      Cons

      Upper management, poop rolls down hill. Every year they have less and less manpower, yet they raise their goals higher and blame the workers when numbers aren’t met. Not given proper time to take care of equipment. People with no personal experience of the job make new procedures that drastically affect production time.

      I cannot think of even one pro to working at Hikma.

      Cons

      Hikma is run by Jordanians who instill FEAR into their employees. They only want people whom they can control. Keep your mouth shut if you have any concerns or be prepared to be retaliated against i.e. "retaliation" in the guise of "restructuring."
