      The people team is nice.

      Cons

      Salaries are really low, they expect you to work overtime, they don't support you with angry customers, they expect you to work as manager when you are not and when you are not being paid for that job.

      A very dynamic and diverse team of motivated and fun-loving people. They are serious about creating an organization that prioritizes sustainability and equality and growing fast - but always with an eye on the culture and taking care to nurture a good team synergy.

      Cons

      With fast growth comes some pain and you have to wear a lot of hats or figure out a lot of things yourself.
