Pros

Wfh, 2x a week macbook laptops eat out every face to face

Cons

The initial facade during interviews paints a picture of perfection and contentment, with everyone seemingly happy. However, once inside, the reality transforms into a nightmarish scenario, particularly if one doesn't fit a certain physical standard, often directed at women. For male employees who are deemed attractive, there's the unfortunate experience of being overlooked by the CEO due to apparent insecurities. Management exhibits a lack of concern for the merit of employees, as exemplary performance does not shield one from neglect following an honest mistake. The departure of four employees within a week raises significant concerns, exacerbated by the subsequent blanket regularization of all employees, including those undeserving. The rushed mass hiring following resignations suggests a compromise in the quality of work, accepting individuals rejected for lacking experience or skills. Numerous unfulfilled promises, such as failed promotions, bonuses, and a misrepresented 14th-month pay, paint a picture of a company that doesn't uphold its commitments. The delayed payment practices persist unless influenced by external factors, with influencers receiving preferential treatment. The CEO's inappropriate behavior, especially towards female employees, contributes to an uncomfortable work environment. Furthermore, abrupt removal of access without notice to certain employees adds to the overall red flags associated with this organization.
