Management will curse you out in front of customers, your job will constantly be threatened, your hard work will rarely (or pretty much never) be acknowledged, you could get fired for attendance while workers known for sexual harassment will keep their job and get off with just a scolding, you will be blamed for business going poorly or any other problems that might occur

Friendly coworkers, easy tasks, very accommodating to schedule

Get too hectic, customers/regulars are rude.
