Pros

The company as a whole has been a blast to work for. The culture fosters collaboration and innovation, creating an environment where you feel valued and motivated every day. The people are incredible—supportive, driven, and genuinely invested in each other’s success. The energy among team members is inspiring, making it a joy to tackle challenges together. There's a contagious drive to succeed that pushes everyone to grow and deliver their best work. Leadership is transparent and approachable, which builds trust and alignment across the organization.

Cons

Fast-paced environment: While the drive to succeed is motivating, the high energy can sometimes feel overwhelming for those who prefer a slower pace. Work-life balance: The culture of ambition might occasionally lead to long hours during peak project periods.

Pros

The environment is definitely challenging, but in the best way. You learn a lot quickly and are constantly pushed to improve and develop new skills. This is a place where hard work and effort actually matter, and people who are motivated and eager to learn tend to do well. It’s not a role where you can do the bare minimum and coast. Expectations are high, accountability is real, and performance is noticed. The culture naturally attracts and develops high-performing people, which makes it a strong environment for growth if you’re willing to put in the work.

Cons

Put in the time and veg the outcomes

Pros

If you just desperately need a job/paycheck, then this company is a pro because you can get a paycheck.

Cons

Don’t expect to work here long because you will either quit since the CEO is a narcicist and will tell you your work is horrible and your mental health will decline, or he will fire you because he believes your work is terrible. While I was there for a little over a year I saw over 50% of the employees rotate out of that company - this is a huge red flag! This is a sign of a management problem and people being extremely unhappy with their job! But the ceo will never admit he does anything wrong, so be prepared to hate your life while working for him. If you decide to work here, don’t take anything personal that he says to you. Company culture is toxic and horrible since everyone is scared and stressed out all the time.
