      -Historically a flexible work structure, but seems to be tightening -Nice office -Limited travel for engagements

      Cons

      -Undefined path for upward mobility -Vague review process / compensation methodology -Multiple forms of review/revisions on any type of work (including notes from a meeting that nobody will read in the future) -Centralized decision making and reluctance to let younger team members into overall strategy discussions

      Pros

      Flexible PTO, good healthcare and maternity/paternity leave plans, inflation raise each year with a bonus dependent on company profits. Supportive and friendly staff.

      Cons

      Mostly in-office work with one WFH day. Not many raise opportunities past the one each year to account for inflation.
