- Sexual harasement (by a manager) - Very poor management - Team understaffed - working for extra time - efforts not even valued - Very toxic environment - Very poor tech stack : no value added - Very hard conditions to work: no structured trainings, no well-written documentation, & a very huge code base that gives headache - Zero respect for workers - Nobody to reach out to in case of harassment or disrespect - f2f work 4 days a week + very strict badging policy
