Severly Understaffed HR Department - Necessary to work excessive hours - No work/life balance - Retailitory - No staff support for investigations into inappropriate behavior - Toxic cliques - Bullying - If you work remotely (outside of Grand Rapids and live outside the city), they still take the GR City NR tax out of your check when they shouldn't. Making it a hassle to get your money back from the city of GR. - They think executives are infallible and behaviors can never be questioned.
