Pros
Use to be a great place to work. Lots of dedicated folks who were coordinated and collaborative. It felt like going to a university every day.
Cons
The "old timers" who knew how systems worked between the lines are being let go regularly. Once these folks are gone, how things worked, how they were designed, the tribal knowledge is lost for good.
