Highlite Staffing is a great company to work for. They understand the importance of work/life balance and of family. Since my job can be done remotely, they are more than willing to work with my schedule when it is necessary when I have doctor's appointments or have issues with my children. They offer competitive pay and always reward those who go above and beyond. It is one of the best workplaces I have worked at in a long time.

I haven't really experienced any cons yet, to be honest.

Most everyone is happy to work there Hours and job itself are consistent

Management will let you go if you do not meet your numbers and it's pretty much without warning
