- I get to work with very smart people in a flexible work environment. I control my own schedule to get what I need to get done, done. - Everybody is always looking for better ways of doing things. There is a ton of change. Like a lot. It is great that we are always improving but it does make things harder to track. We are also in the middle of a software transformation which takes time and adds more complexity to my day job.
