Pros

- I get to work with very smart people in a flexible work environment. I control my own schedule to get what I need to get done, done. - Everybody is always looking for better ways of doing things. The team really wants to win. - When I want to get something done, I can ship it or publish instantly - no red tape of bigger companies. Things move fast so I don't get held up and I can maximize my impact.

Cons

There is a ton of change. Like a lot. It is great that we are always improving but it does make things harder to track. We are also in the middle of a software transformation which takes time and adds more complexity to my day job.

Pros

Awesome, supportive culture where the team wants to see each other succeed and see the company continue to grow and be successful. Really strong product market fit. Remote culture with a lot of flexibility. The company really values the team and it shows.

Cons

There is ambiguity to navigate and some growing pains along the way but that is typical with any start up at this stage.
