Pros
The only pro’s about HRMD is their benefits. The workers are all super nice, but management are some of the worst people I’ve ever met.
Cons
- Firstly, I got injured because of HRMD’s failure to properly clear snow, and they fired me because - and I quote - “your recovery is taking too long.” No offer of severance, no checking in on me, they simply did not care, and having me out was easier than taking accountability.
- They have ZERO care or appreciation for their employees.
- They let unqualified people run departments because they are friends. Nepotism at its finest over there.
- Rampant and blatant sexism runs through all departments, with no concern because the higher ups are all buddies, so any concern is met with firing employees or making it magically go away. The one and only black man working there got fired, women are pushed out of the Ranger department because the lead Ranger (with zero experience) - and I quote again - “doesn’t get along women”.
- Extremely high turnover rate, because they refuse to address simple issues or hear their employees concerns or recommendations.
