Good company, good benefits, good people.

Slow to fire people who have been consistently complained about.

For entry level positions such as guest services, lifeguards, etc. it’s a great place to work. Friendly coworkers and an overall community vibe.

Once you begin to climb the ladder, the company culture shifts. Several things were hidden from upper management and HR specific which negatively impacted the entire operation. HR was improving as I left, but favoritism definitely existed between managers and entry level staff, which was most commonly seen in 2 employees engaging in the exact same behavior, and only one getting reprimanded.
