If you have any other company's letter in hand just join that company, all the 5-star reviews here are from back-office posts. As a software engineer company sucks, they provide so-called training that must be completed within 20-days with a hunter on you and force you to make it complete ASAP, There is no relation between the actual project and the training portal also in the training period you have to pass with 2 attempts and unfortunately, you missed then you have to send mail to all seniors. After you complete the training session you will be directly given tickets to debug and solve within a specific time, if you are not able to do so you just will be noticed by TL and they will give you negative ratings and you will lose your job. There is a daily meeting you must attend and explain what you did yesterday and what will you do today, also you must submit a daily report in the evening time. This system makes you feel like you are working under a shop owner of a grocery & general store. They fire employees like crackers in Diwali without notice, Talking about TLs they are the owners, They know they can't be fired as the project is fully dependent on them. They expect from you to match their speed even if you are getting a salary of Rs.10 and they have Rs.200. You must have to match the speed of 10 years experience TL with Rs.10 salary. All you have to listen to them like a labor of a building contractor. Though sometimes you are right, you cannot speak a word. HR just asks you if everything is fine but you can't speak a single word even if you have an essay to say. You can not expect a single piece of help from TL rather they just shout and humiliate you day by day. as if you are an insect or a waste of dust beans. As a new bride your team members helps you at start up but they are also bothered and sucked by tasks and TL they do not pick up your calls after the bride gets old. Last words, do not waste your time with a TL Dominated company but still if you decide to join you will regret and remember this review with a teardrop.
