There is no methodological assessment tools there, if supervisor think your bad then you are done, no warning was given or even any notice that she was not happy about it. They trust senior management about pretty much everything so you can get assigned tasks that is distracting to you from your original task a lot. Supervisor still will expect you to finish all task even with all the distraction. they are not professional in assessing or even appreciating your work, when different people tell you to do something in one way and supervisor ask you to do in a different way, it gets really frustrating. they give you a big task and once your done they change their mind and you will have to sart all over again. If you said I was asked to do it certain way, you will be in trouble. at the end of the day without any notice, i was called and manger told me that I was not suitable after working there for almost 9 months, the funny part is, I told her a week before that I wanted to be a part time in fall and she said just let me know and I will work it out for you,because we need you in our IT department, and all of the sudden she fired me a week later.
