Pros

3 weeks vacation plus 22 hours personal time, company events to celebrate holidays with lunches and sometimes giveaways, tidy office

Cons

lack of sick time (<4 hrs a month), lack of advancement, lack of diversity (mostly white), called employee owned but owners run business without wanting to modernize, top heavy, lack of respect for people who don't fit a stereotype

Pros

You have long weekends due to only working 3 days a week.

Cons

They will force you to resign while on parental leave. The sales associates will pass on their work to you and refuse to promote. Or you will be left with absolutely no work at all. You will not get a raise or promotion unless you work in your position for years. Expect to make sales and get zero recognition. A horrible company, I am profoundly disappointed.
