HESS thrives on an atmosphere that is only moderately stressful. While there are the usual deadlines, the mood of the workplace is mostly relaxed. Management is outstanding.
Cons
The office is set up in a pair of houses, thus the company image can be somewhat unprofessional. However, with clients all over the country, this is not typically a problem.
