This is really hard on the seniors, who would prefer more consistency among the staff. Imagine being wheel-chair bound and needing assistance to move in and out of the chair. Now imagine that you've finally got the morning crew trained how to do it right, when the next day it's all new faces, who don't know how to move you without causing you pain.
