Highgate has high expectations because of our dedication to providing an outstanding guest experience and delivering financial success to our ownership groups. Being with the company for over five years, I believe they are reasonable and fair expectations. However, the people who I have seen fail with Highgate are the ones who only want to just get by doing the minimum, or else do not have the skill set to deliver. For the talented people who are driven to succeed, the sky is the limit for their career at Highgate Hotels.
