Cons
Although I am a liberal, there is no room for you unless you are completely on board with their political agenda. I saw many employees feel left out because they didn't completely agree with all of the messages put out by the company. They over hire with the idea that they can just let people go if they don't need them - which is hard if you are working to pay rent. Although they try and put a positive spin on the company, when you pull back the curtain, there is a lot of confusion, miscommunication and a feeling of desperation behind the scenes.
