I worked at HV for four years and the coworkers were friendly and close-knit. They've all moved on, though.
Cons
Working for HV was my first job out of college, and it's an okay job to get some experience for something better. Learning SEO can get you into better places. However, the management is terrible and the pay is well below market value. Get ready for micromanagement, toxicity, and a run-around anytime you want something. Management loves you until you want fair pay. I know the stories behind a lot of different people leaving, and the way HV treats people on the way out is disturbing. The worst thing is their upper management knows. They're in on it. They know about certain issues that have cost them employees. They don't care; they want cheap people, not good ones. HV is a ponzi scheme, not an SEO company.
