Upward mobility is limited - this can be remedied by talking with management. They care about your growth.

Pros

In the first years they showed great appreciation if you go above and beyond and work outside hours. As long and you do you work, the work of people around you, and let your managers take all the credit you will do good.

Cons

Management sucks, they don't actually care about you as a person. Never have an emergency, they will not care, and tell you that they don't. They take free thinkers who want to improve and make them glorified button pushers. Your 1v1s are never actually shared. It is all "whatever they want to say about you"
