Pros
Enjoyed the work I did and the people I worked with. Had a great team and enjoyed having the freedom to solve problems using the tools needed to get the job done. My team lead and PM were awesome to work with, and I learned a lot from them. C-Level were all great to talk to, and you never felt out of place reaching out to them.
Cons
Although transparency was prominent, the direction of some objectives weren't always clear, but nothing too crazy from any other startup.
