Pros
The people who actually work with customers are so amazing! Everyone wants to be helpful and patient with customers and they really helped me blossom into a stronger customer educator.
Cons
The management says they want opinions and are open, yet they NEVER communicated with the team and you couldn't ask them anything without worrying you're going to get fired if they don't like you. Hard work means nothing as long as you're buddies with the management. Oh, and talking to HR about this oppressive and hostile work environment leads to faster removal.
