Lots of great programs focused on making the community better and stronger. Lots of activities you can get involved with, always an event or two to participate in and everyone gets involved.

Supervision is very unstructured, no one really taking responsibility to ensuring that the initiatives are being completed correctly till audit season.

The people of the Bronx were highly appreciative of the service we provided to the community.

Many opinioned the Organization was managed by militant feminist director, who sometimes had a rasist slant towards minorities. The director was an elderly Irish nun whose father was once a police officer for over thirty years in the Bronx. She was very distrustful of the employees, especially people of color, and only promoted whites to higher positions of responsibilties.
