The company's organization structure has much to be desired. There is very little communication between departments (very silo-ed) and management does not get along with other managers, which can come off very unprofessional at times. There is no clear direction in which the organization is heading, making goals difficult to create let alone achieve. The pay is typical for a non-profit (below market value) and there is no employee review process in place.
