Very good front end team in Belfast. Good place to be if your a front end dev to get react experience
Cons
Any experienced back end engineers don't bother coming here. There was over 20 Java apis written over the last 10 years when I joined and none of them ran from master, unit tests all broken, many of the devs who wrote the apis are long gone, and no documentation on how to run anything. The Belfast team have the title 'full stack engineer' but you wont find many doing backend development for good reason because its all broken. Seems like highroads have cheaped out and shipped their horrific unworkable codebase to Belfast so we can save the day. I only stayed for 4 weeks and got another proper backend engineer job in a different company. Alot of people left in my 3 weeks there because they realised its a front end web dev shop
