As it is a product based company you will learn something if you don't have any prior product based experience. If you are a party person, it will be great for you, there will be a party in every quarter.
Cons
Toxic management and work culture. Every manager and senior leader wants a "chamcha" who is good at buttering them up. The person who acts as if he/she is the only one working hard by staying late in the office gets praised by the leaders. If you are a genuine, hardworking person who does not gossip, flatter leaders, or stay late in the office just for visibility, it doesn't matter how well you work—you won't get a good appraisal. The worst process here is the appraisal review. They say it is an automated PH (performance rating) process, but the final ratings are modified based on the manager's or senior leaders' input. There is no job security these days. The biggest and most concerning issue is the lack of strong HR policies. If you complain about managers or the unfair work culture, HR simply ignores it. The common response from HR is, "Is it really happening? We have never heard this before." At times, you will enjoy the work, but with such toxic management, you won't be able to focus on it. If your mental health is your top priority, then this is not the right place to work.
