Pros
-You get to have true impact in your team and the company overall -Culture is a huge focus for the LT -Working with passionate, skilled teams -Always room for exposure outside of your department -It takes a specific type of person to enjoy and thrive in a startup. If you are up for the challenge the work can be very fulfilling.
Cons
-There were times that decisions made affected the team in negative ways but I think they are learning from those mistakes. -For a long time there didn't seem to be much work/life balance but over the last year that has changed for the better. -Benefits and salaries are average, not terrible but not great.
