      Pros

      Amazing team members. Everyone is very supportive. Remote work allowed. Not overworked. Decent pay.

      Cons

      High turnover. Shipping jobs overseas. Everything seems great at townhalls and was not at all expecting to be laid off. Invited to a chat randomly where I was suddenly let go. Left the meeting and all access was revoked and was not given a chance to say goodbye to team members. No severance. Harsh... Other than that not a lot of holidays off. Health insurance wasn't great.
