Pros

If you like a challenge, then this is the job for you. Everyday poses a new challenge. There is a ton of interaction with clients. Depending on the department, you may work with five to fifty clients a day. The individuals you work with are top notch. Everyone is quick and bright. Training is available online. It is not required. After completing an online course through high touch, they will pay for you to take a certification.

Cons

Promotions are out of the question if your a phone guy. This company has a hard time promoting anyone. The training is lacking. After several years of working there, I've only had scheduled training a few times, our Shortel phone system, the RMM and the CRM software. Bosses tend to cycle through quickly.

Working at High Touch has been great. One of the standout features of this company is its commitment to its employees. As an employee-owned company, there's a genuine sense of ownership and pride in the work we do.
