Pros
I've worked at High Touch for a little over three years. During that time I've been given ample opportunity for growth, self improvement, and autonomy to do my job affectively. While High Touch has struggled slightly with regards to modern tech stacks and culture, that has changed and is continuing to change for the positive. We work daily with tech such as React, React-Native, Java, C#, Node, VueJS, Neo4J, GoLang, Android, iOS, Ionic and many many other modern and fun technologies. We're diving into more BI and AI and doing things in both AWS and Azure. This is a great time to join this organization. We have a new CEO that a terrific vision for the company, a great work life balance, and very important, we are Employee Owned (ESOP). We value Ownership Thinking and as someone who has worked for other ESOP organizations, this is the first one where it actually matters.
Cons
High Touch has to work to do with regards to upward mobility. We need to be better in tune with our remote offices and we need to embrace a more remote culture across the organization.
