      Autonomy, ability to work at your own pace, flexible hours and potential for overtime, supervisors would always pitch in to help if we were under-staffed, or fi the weather was bad

      Cons

      Low pay; no room for advancement; when we were taught new skills only one or two employees would ever be chosen to use them, the rest of us rarely had a chance to practice

      Pros

      You can get great vet tech experience here, if you are looking to work with animals this is a great start and very flexible with school

      Cons

      pay is min wage and work load is majority of cleaning duties with very min training with the vet. If you can swing full time this is your best bet to get the most experience and time with the onsite Vet.

      Pros

      Decent pay, flexible hours, over time opportunities, owner runs a good business, and the animals receive the best care in the research industry. Great for college students!

      Cons

      No room for advancement, management shifts in 2012 created tension among employees and caused many employees to quit. You'll never really make over $10/10.50 an hour.
