      Get to pick your own shifts, times and locations to an extent. Very well run company. Hard work does not go unnoticed.

      Cons

      Some of the stores that you may work at might have bad managment and you just have to deal with it sometimes.

      Pros

      You get tips, and pay is average.

      Cons

      You get belittled by management, lied to by HR, management doesn't know what they are doing. The supervisor only hires best friends or old co workers.. they go against policy consistently and they don't get alot of customers.
